 Shipping Policy

1. When Will My Order Ship?

   Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

   Processing: Usually 1-2 days.

    Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict  quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it  takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery  time. 

  Once shipped, your order will  arrive within 3 to 7 business days for France.Other countries can take up to 28 business  days.
 

2. Will I Have To Pay International Taxes And Duties?

   There always no extra customs duty. But the recipient will be fully  responsible for the charges if there is any. 

3. Do You Ship To PO BOX(APO/FPO/DPO)Address?

  We do not support this kind of service.

   So please provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate and detailed  shipping information with your phone number for the shipping. Your  cooperation will be much appreciated. All parcels will be held for  picking up if cannot be signed or delivered. If an item is returned  because it was not deliverable due to an incorrect address, customer  will have to be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.

4. Tracking

   The tracking of your parcel is online traceable if available. After your order is  shipped out, a confirmation email with online tracking number and link  will be sent to you if applicable. The tracking number will be valid for your check  within 48 hours after you receive the email. During Holiday Season,  Orders with Standard Shipping will not be traceable when the parcels  arrive in the United States. It is because USPS website  will no longer update the information about 
shipping package.

5. Wrong Or Faulty Item I Received. 

If  you check that there is a fault with an item or wrong item you have  received, please let us know straight away through our team. Please  include as many details including the photos /Videos as possible about the order  and the problem with the items and we will find a decent way to solve  this for you.

6. Missing Any Items In My Order.

As  different arrivals of the items, sometimes we don't send all items  you've ordered at the same time, so some of your items will be arriving  separately. There is an email saying if your items sent separately. So  first check your email box and if there are any doubts, please feel easy  to contact us.

Our policy lasts 14 days  after signing. If 14 days have gone by since you received your  purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Kikoo guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from our website.

In order to return an item customer is responsible for shipping back to us.

If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect:

Note: Customers  will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns);  No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the  product. 

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
-You will be refunded for the merchandise total paid. 
-Please  be aware that the product must come in its original packaging and must  be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused. We  reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Coupon Codes 

-Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update.

-We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.

 They provide us with the online  e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to  you.
